With a degree in Business Marketing Management and a degree in Healthcare Management, she brings a rare blend of heart, education, lived experience, and strategy to every room she enters.
Her work has been shaped by state government, residential healthcare, community building, and the quiet lessons that only life can teach. As a published author, healthcare consultant, and founder of House of Crowned, Vanessa is building more than a brand — she is building a legacy of healing, housing, hope, and restoration for women and families who are ready for more.

Digital Products & Downloads
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of instant-access downloads, blueprints, guides, e-books, templates, and digital resources, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your purchased product, contact us within 7 days at info@vanessakbnathan.net. We will work to resolve the issue or determine whether a refund is appropriate.
Physical Books
Books purchased through Amazon or other third-party retailers are subject to that retailer’s return policy. For books purchased directly through our website, contact us within 14 days of delivery for return instructions. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Consulting & Coaching Services
Deposits and payments for consulting or coaching services are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or failure to attend a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session.
